In the interior of the province of Valencia and less than an hour from the city, is the region of Utiel-Requena. They grown almost exclusively the vineyards of one variety that gives very intense and high quality wines, the bobal grape.

We will visit an important winery in the area with many years of tradition, this allows them to have a large collection of wines from previous vintages in their caves. We will go down to this magical place to rescue 5 different vintages of the best bobal wine of the property, which we will taste to know the evolution and differences of climate between different vintages.

To complete the day we can move to a restaurant in the area to discover the rich local cuisine or even prepare a meal in the same cellar.
